Domestic stakeholders

It is important that this audience recognise the role that TI plays in the success of the tourism industry on the island of Ireland and the leadership and focus provided. While answerable to a domestic audience Tourism Ireland is a global organisation representing tourism interests on the island of Ireland, on a world stage.

All communications to domestic stakeholders should use the corporate logo with the domestic strapline, "Marketing the island of Ireland overseas".

 

International stakeholders

The primary message to this audience is that the island of Ireland is an attractive holiday destination with a unique offering for their customers. Their access to this product is made easier by Tourism Ireland, who not only generate awareness, but facilitate easy connections with the tourism industry on the island of Ireland.

In most cases in an international setting the consumer brand marks (Ireland logo, "Go where Ireland takes you" device or the web mark) will be most appropriate. For official events (Ministerial visits, Embassy events etc.) or for official stationery the corporate logo with the international strapline, "Marketing the island of Ireland" will be the most appropriate to use.
